Consultation Managers have access to activity reports of consultations at any time. Some examples of activity reports are:
  • Number of registered users who viewed consultation details by date etc
  • Number of unregistered users who viewed consultation details, date , week etc
  • Number of users who responded to consultations
  • Ratio of number of users who viewed consultations & responded to consultations by date
  • Number of SMS alerts – Date – Week
  • Number of Email alerts – Date – Week
  • List of number of users who received alerts and have not responded
  • List of number of users who received alerts and have responded

Consultation activity summary report showing :

  • Consultation start date, close date
  • Number of users who were sent alerts
  • Number of users who viewed consultation details
  • Number of users who responded
  • Number of users who received alerts and did not respond
  • Number of users who received alerts and responded

Analysing consultation response

Consultation managers have access to responses submitted by participants, with responses being displayed in the same order as the response form design/layout.

Examples of reports :

  • List of responses – by user and question ( searched by from date / to date )
  • List of responses – by question and user ( searched by from date / to date )
  • Cross tab analysis of questions and responses
